Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Customized or made-to-order products may require additional time, which will be communicated before dispatch.
Estimated delivery
Most domestic orders arrive within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by service availability, weather, public holidays or the destination postal code.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared when the order is dispatched. Please allow time for the courier system to activate the tracking link.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address, refused parcel or repeated failed delivery attempt may be payable by the customer.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us through the Contact page. We will coordinate with the courier and assist with the available resolution.
